Come celebrate the 15th Annual XJR Reunion and our 10th anniversary.

• The Annual Reunion takes place as usual at the Hotel Tütsberg in the Lüneberge Heide,
which some of you remember from our XJR SummerNight.
That is what you get:
• Heidegeist will be served upon your arrival, of course
• Campground for real bikers!
• Real WC and showers available on site.
• plenty of free hot coffee as in previous years.
• including a reunion patch.
• including 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners (warm).
• burnout area with tire service and tire depot
• guided tours are planned for Saturday, as well as other activities
• live music on Saturday by Brunsberg
• Jack Daniels available at the bar after 8 pm on Friday and Saturday (can be paid with vouchers)
• Reunion T-shirts available for 15.00 EUR;

• And you can join the fun for the weekend at a cost of
only 45.00 EUR per person!

General information:
• The reunion site is open as of Friday, the 10th of August, 2012 at 2 pm.
• Purchases at the reunion can only be made using vouchers.
• No BYOB - no outside food or alcohol will be permitted on the site.
• Some exceptions will be allowed i.e. “blue coolers”, so long as it's within reason!
• No guests will be allowed on the site.
• Escort vehicles permitted after written request.
• No refunds of the registration fee will be offered; no replacements allowed if you are unable to attend.
• Unused vouchers can be exchanged on Sunday.
We wish you a dry and comfortable arrival and no stress from race management.

Exclusion of Liability, Terms and Conditions
We advise that this event is purely private and participation is exclusively at your own risk. No acceptance
of liability can be made for any damages arising from the Party.
Please help to avoid damages. We accept no liability for valuables.
Since the Reunion will take place in a large nature preserve, we must make you aware of a few minor details:
Camping only permitted in designated areas. Open fires only permitted at sited fireplace, firewood is available!
Stay on track outside the reunion area.
Do not hunt „Heidschnucken“ (they are legally protected under the nature conservancy).
We expect all participants to celebrate peacefully and heartily.
In support of peace and order: disturbance of the peace or fighting will NOT be tolerated and violators will
be ejected immediately and irrevocably banned from the reunion.
You will be responsible for any damage you cause at the site.
Participants agree to obey instructions given by members of XJR-Stammtisch Nord or by Hotel Tütsberg staff.
Registration and participation at the 15th Annual XJR Reunion 2012 constitutes acceptance
of the disclaimers and conditions listed above.
